ABOUT UNIVERSITY
A university specialized in medicine and medical psychology, Grodno State Medical University is located in Grodno, Belarus. The university commenced its services from October 1958.
The university features and acts upon a vision to gain the status of the leading educational center in the health care system of Grodno region, Republic of Belarus and other world countries by means of training of highly qualified specialists in the field of various faculties available.
The university has various fields of training such as general medicine, medical psychology, medical diagnostics, nursing and pediatrics and by means of development of the fundamental and applied sciences in medical and social spheres.
The University has its own public organizations such as Belarusian Republic Youth Union, Belarusian Medical Trade Union, Students' Self-government, sorority house, political club, literary cenacle "Catharsis"etc.

STUDENT LIFE
There are 4 student hostels next to the main building of the university. They can accommodate 1840 students. Two of the buildings are of flat type i.e. with attached restroom and kitchen. The hostels are centrally heated. Student hostels are fully furnished.
Students here get plenty of options to groom themselves. They get the facility of sports, library, cultural and research center, fitness center and many other such initiatives by the university.
