Rus Education has announced the Perm State Medical University (PSMU) Scholarship Test 2026, allowing aspiring MBBS students to compete for scholarships worth US$50,000. The initiative is aimed at helping deserving Indian students reduce the financial burden of studying MBBS in Russia while securing admission to one of the country’s well-established government medical universities.
