On February 09, 2024, the National Testing Agency released a notification announcing the application window opening for NEET (UG) 2024 registration. The online submission of the application form started on February 09th and the last date will be on March 09th, 2024 (up to 09:00 PM). Students who are planning to appear for NEET (UG) 2024 can now apply online at the NTA official website https://neet.ntaonline.in/frontend/web/ within the specified dates.
According to Section 14 of the National Medical Commission Act, 2019, the NEET (UG) is a common entrance examination for admission to undergraduate medical education in all disciplines i.e. BAMS, BUMS, and BSMS courses in all medical institutions. Additionally, MNS (Military Nursing Service) aspirants seeking admission to B.Sc. Nursing Courses conducted at Armed Forces Medical Service Hospitals for the year 2024 are required to qualify NEET (UG).

NEET (UG) 2024: Exam Pattern
The Entrance Test will comprise 200 multiple-choice questions, with four options and a single correct answer, covering Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (Botany & Zoology). Each subject will have 50 questions split into two Sections (A and B). The exam will be conducted in 13 languages i.e. Assamese, Bengali, English, Gujarati, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, and Urdu. The duration will be 200 minutes (3 hours and 20 minutes), from 2:00 PM to 5:20 PM (IST).
How to Apply for NEET (UG) 2024?

Step 1: Candidates can go through the website https://exams.nta.ac.in/NEET to apply online.
Register for the Online Application Form and note down the system-generated Application
Number.
Step 2: Fill in the required details in the application form and upload all the required documents.
Step 3: After completing Step 1 and Step 2, the candidates have to pay the requisite examination fee online.
Step 4: Submit the application form.
