The National Medical Commission issued a notification announcing that the FMGE Passing Certificates will be issued to candidates declared PASS in FMGE held on 20th January 2024. The certificates will be issued from 20th February 2024 to 6th April 2024 at the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) office at PSP Area, Sector-09, Dwarka, New Delhi.
Qualified doctors are required to download the entry slip from the NBEMS official website and are to bring a printout of the entry slip at the time of collection of the certificate. The entry slip contains the details of the candidates including the specific date and time for collection of the pass certificate from the NBEMS office.
Students are advised to bring all their original documents as prescribed to collect the FMGE Passing Certificate. Please note that the certificates will be issued by the board only after the submission of original documents and completion of the verification of identity process. Note that the pass certificate will only be issued to the applicant and not to any authorized representative or other person.
In case of any unforeseen circumstances, candidates fail to collect their certificates on the assigned date and time from the NBE Office, such candidates will require to seek prior approval of NBEMS for a revised schedule of collection of Pass certificate by sending a request to Communication Web portal (CWP) of NBEMS.
Furthermore, those candidates who have been declared qualified in FMGE December 2023 and fail to collect their passing Certificates as per the assigned schedule of distribution of Pass Certificates shall be able to collect the same within 6 months of the declaration of the result, failing which their candidature shall be deemed as cancelled and no further opportunity to collect the Pass Certificate shall be given.
