Mari State University Signed the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Indraprastha College of Engineering

The second day of the II Indo-Russian Education Summit 2026 served as a greater platform for institutional collaboration, as the summit witnessed the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the leading universities of India and Russia- Indraprastha College of Engineering (IPEC) and Mari State University (MarSU). 

The signing ceremony was attended by Prof. Mikhail N. Shvetsov, Rector of Mari State University, and Mr Puneet Agarwal, Vice-Chairman of IPEC. The MoU signifies the commitment to fostering academic exchange, faculty development programs, and student exchange programs between the two institutions.
