One of the significant events – The Russian Education Fair 2023 – that brings all the top Russian universities under one roof, was held in the city of Patna on 2nd October 2023. REF 2023 was organized by Rus Education. The fair provided a platform for several students seeking admission to universities in Russia for MBBS and other educational programs.
