On June 29th, 2022, Orenburg State Medical University successfully conducted the grand convocation ceremony for the class of 2022. The day was dedicated to students of MBBS in Russia, who invested their time and energies for a rigorous six years in realizing their dream of becoming highly accomplished doctors. Like every year, it was a moment of great pride for the university to witness the accomplishments of its hard-working students and achieve one more milestone towards its goal of creating successful doctors. The faculty at this one of the top medical universities in Russia expressed its happiness and wished all the graduating students good luck in their future.
The event witnessed the warm presence of Prof. Miroshnichenko I.V., Rector and Dr. Mironchev A.O., Dean of the University along with Mr. Igor Vladimirovich Zorin (Vice-Rector for Medical Work and Regional Health Development), Ms. Samodelkina Tatyana Kuvandykovna (Vice-Rector for Education, Social Work & Public Relations), Mr. Lyashchenko Sergei Nikolaevich (Vice-rector for Scientific, Innovative & International Activities), Ms. Chernysheva Tatyana Viktorovna (Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs), and Dr. Dinesh Singla, Director & Representative of Rus Education. Their kind presence blessed the students on this auspicious occasion.
Among the 139 graduating students, Dr. Aarti Bhardwaj, Dr. Nikita Negi, Mr. Tenzin Thinley and Mr. Halmare Onkar Bhartraj scored 100% marks and were the recipients of gold medals (degree with honors).
The convocation ceremony of 2022, organized by Orenburg State Medical University, observed a series of events to make the occasion grander in every way. The ceremony began with the words of congratulations from Mikhail Murashko Albertovich, the Minister of Healthcare of the Russian Federation, addressing all the students graduating from the university. Later, each graduating student took the “Oath of the Doctor of the Russian Federation” as a convocation ritual. Moreover, the celebrations witnessed the intertwining of cultures with amazing dance and music performances by the students from different countries.
