Yesterday earlier during the day, the Supreme Court had refused the plea to postpone the NEET UG 2021. However, following the decision, NTA has issued the admit cards for the said exam. The NEET-UG 2021 is scheduled for 12 September 2021.
Earlier, it was expected that the admit card would be released on 9th September 2021, however, NTA released the admit cards before the proposed date. An issued statement by NTA states, “The candidate has to download the Admit Card from the NTA website and appear for the Examination at the given Centre on Date and timing as indicated in their Admit Card. No candidate will be allowed to appear at the Examination Centre, on the Date and Timing other than that allotted to him/her in his / her Admit Card.”
There will be pen and paper mode for NEET 2021 and the paper will be in English, Hindi, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, and Urdu. Candidates can check the official site of NTA NEET for more details.
How To Download The Admit Card?
- Step 1: Visit the official site of NTA NEET on neet.nta.nic.in.
- Step 2: Click on NEET UG Admit Card 2021 link available on the home page.
- Step 3: Enter the login credentials and click on submit.
- Step 4: Your admit card will be displayed on the screen.
A total of 16 lakh candidates have registered for NEET 2021. The exams this year have a new format. You will be required to answer multiple-choice questions in Physics, Chemistry, Botany and Zoology.
