The National Testing Agency (NTA) has activated its Scribe Details Portal for eligible Persons with Disabilities (PwD) and Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) candidates who will be appearing for the NEET UG re-exam 2026.
The re-exam will be conducted on 21 June in pen and paper mode in various centres across India and abroad.
Candidates are required to provide their proper details on the Scribe Portal so that the necessary arrangements can be made well in advance of the NEET UG 2026 re-examination. The registration process for this is available on the official NEET website – https://neet.nta.nic.in/. The candidates must finish the process within the given timeline by the NTA.

- Last Date of Submission – 12th June 2026, 11:50 PM
- Re-Exam Date – 21st June 2026
Steps To Register for NEET Scribe Details
Here’s how to register for NEET Scribe Details:
- Visit the official NEET website – https://neet.nta.nic.in/.
- Log in with your application credentials
- Open the Scribe Details Portal Link on the dashboard
- Enter the necessary details related to the Scribe
- Check the details and submit the form
- Download the confirmation page to refer to in the future
Additionally, the NTA has also released the exam city intimation slip on its official website. The candidates can download it by logging in using their credentials. The agency has also clarified that this is just the city intimation slip for exam centre details, and NOT the Admit Card for NEET UG re-examination. The Admit Card for the NEET UG 2026 re-exam will be issued later.
