The Ministry of Human Resource Development, Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal announced the NEET 2020 exam date. The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test will be held on July 26, 2020. Earlier the exam was supposed to be held on May 3, 2020, but due to the lockdown caused by the Coronavirus outbreak, the exam was canceled. Thus, the final decision made by the Ministry of HRD is to conduct the exam in July.
As per the registration made by the students to appear for the NEET 2020, there will be more than 15 lakhs candidates for NEET 2020.
For the admit cards, usually, it used to be released one month before the exam. However, due to the current situation that India and the world are under lockdown period, the Minister hasn’t made any announcement yet. Therefore, the candidates are requested to keep track of the NTA website ntaneet.nic.in for any latest update regarding the NEET 2020 admit card release date.
