The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has officially announced the NEET UG 2026 counselling schedule for admissions to MBBS, BDS, and other undergraduate medical courses under the All India Quota (AIQ). As per the notification, online registration for Round 1 will begin on August 5, 2026, through the official MCC counselling portal. Eligible candidates who have qualified for NEET UG 2026 can complete registration, pay the counselling fee, and fill in their preferred college and course choices within the prescribed timeline.
The counselling process will be conducted in multiple rounds, including Round 1, Round 2, Mop-Up Round, and Stray Vacancy Round, depending on seat availability. Candidates are advised to keep essential documents such as the NEET UG admit card, scorecard, Class 10 and 12 certificates, identity proof, and category certificates ready for verification.
The MCC has also introduced several student-friendly measures, including simplified online procedures for seat upgrades and resignations, aimed at making the admission process more transparent and efficient.
