The Department of Medical Education and Research (DMET), Haryana, has officially released the Haryana NEET PG 2025 Round 3 seat allotment result for postgraduate medical admissions. This update is part of the state’s counselling process for candidates seeking admission into the Doctor of Medicine (MD) and Master of Surgery (MS) programmes in the state.
According to the official notification, a total of 386 candidates have secured seats in this third round of counselling. Among these, 91 candidates received upgraded seats, while others maintained their previous allotments or were newly assigned under various quotas. This includes management and Non-Resident Indian (NRI) categories.
Seat Allotment Details and Trends
The seat allocation was carried out based on candidates’ online preferences, their NEET PG score and rank, category classification, and the seat matrix available in the state counselling process. The MS in General Surgery at Pandit Bhagwat Dayal Sharma University of Health Sciences – PGIMS remained among the most preferred options for many aspirants.
Candidates who received seats in this round are required to follow the deadlines set by the counselling authority. The allotment letter will contain specific instructions regarding reporting and document verification schedules.
Reporting and Document Verification Requirements
All candidates allotted seats in Round 3 must complete document verification and report to their respective colleges by February 19, 2026 (starting from February 18). Failure to comply with the verification process or missing reporting deadlines can result in cancellation of the allotted seat as per the counselling rules.
Candidates are advised to carry all original documents to the reporting centre, including:
- NEET PG admit card,
- Scorecard,
- MBBS degree certificate,
- Mark sheets,
- Valid photo identification,
- Reservation certificates (if applicable), and
