ROSATOM is offering Scholarships to Indian Students! Due date- February 15!

Russian State Atomic Energy Corporation ROSATOM- the leading equipment supplier for India’s Tamil-Nadu-based Kudankulam Nuclear Power Plant, decided to serve the deserving Indian students to pursue Nuclear engineering with the Scholarships with a vision of producing ‘next-generation nuclear scientists’.

ROSATOM South Asia CEO Andrey Shevlyakoc states that the scholarship relies on the motto to support & encourage the interest of nuclear research and capabilities of young Indian scientists and engineers, and also to give a contribution towards the resolving of world’s most critical issues in the coming future with sustainable development.

ROSATOM is considered to be one of the largest companies of the Russian Federation and the largest taxpayers of the country; headquartered in Moscow. The company holds the second biggest uranium reserves and 40% of the world’s enrichment market, and also the world’s biggest builder of the latest nuclear power stations.

Deadline for the first round of applications has been announced- 15 February 2019.

ROSATOM bestows Scholarships to the praiseworthy Indian students, who are willing to pursue studies in nuclear energy-related fields in Russia. The Scholarship reward includes the tuition fees and free preparatory courses in Russian language. Students have access to subsidized accommodation costs, library funds, and practical experience at Russian nuclear enterprises.

Students can lead this reward at many Russian universities specialized in nuclear engineerings such as National Research Nuclear University MEPhl in Moscow and Tomsk Polytechnic University (TPU) in Siberia.
