Orenburg State Medical University Welcomes Its First Batch of Indian Students

The journey from India to Russia has reached an important milestone as the first batch of Indian students has arrived at Orenburg State Medical University, marking the beginning of their MBBS journey.

The students came together with their parents at Sobraniye 2026 – The Pre-Departure Ceremony, organised by Rus Education in collaboration with Russian House, New Delhi. The event helped students prepare for their transition to Russia through orientation, guidance, and final pre-departure preparations.

Soon after, the students bid an emotional goodbye to their families at New Delhi airport and began their journey to Russia. Now, their arrival in Orenburg marks the start of a new phase – from preparing for their journey to experiencing life as medical students in a new country.

With their arrival at Orenburg State Medical University, the students can now look forward to settling into their surroundings, getting familiar with university life, and beginning their medical education.

For their families, this arrival is also a proud moment after watching their children take this important step towards their dream of becoming doctors.

Rus Education wishes the entire batch a safe, successful, and memorable medical journey in Orenburg.
