The National Testing Agency (NTA) has uploaded the scanned images of the OMR Answer Sheet and Recorded Response for NEET UG 2026 on its website at https://neet.nta.nic.in/.
The NEET UG re-examination was conducted on 21 June 2026 in pen-and-paper mode across India and abroad.
For the convenience of the candidates, a scanned image of the OMR Answer Sheet has been emailed to the registered email addresses of the candidates given at the time of NEET UG 2026 registration.
Candidates can make an online response challenge as per the details below:

The candidates need to visit the website: https://neet.nta.nic.in/ to view the details and challenge, if required. Candidates can log in to the website using their credentials to view their scanned OMR sheets and recorded responses. Candidates are required to go through a Two-Factor Authentication system and will be prompted to enter a One-Time Password, which will be sent to their registered mobile number and email address before getting access.
Candidates must note that the Answer Key Challenge is already done, and no challenge to the answer keys will be entertained.
Candidates can pay through Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking by 15 July 2026 (up to 11:00 A.M.). No challenge will be entertained without receipt of the processing fee.
Further, challenges will not be accepted through any other mode of communication.
