The dates of the class-12, term-1 Board Exams 2021 are expected to be released this week. The exams for this year are expected to be conducted under the new exam pattern.

Early this year, CBSE announced the new board exam pattern. The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will release the date sheet for the Class 10 and 12 term-1 board exams shortly on the board’s official website, cbse.gov.in. As per a Times Now report, the Class 10 and 12 main subject exams will start on November 24, 2021.

As of now, the CBSE has released class 10th, 12th syllabus as well as sample papers for term 1 examinations. As part of the CBSE term 1 exam, students must answer multiple-choice questions (MCQ) that incorporate case analysis and assertion reasoning. Each exam is 90 minutes long.

Important dates for CBSE Class 10 and 12 exams 2022

The report outlines some of the critical dates for CBSE exams 2022. Exams for CBSE Class 10 and 12 will begin on November 15, 2021. Skill subject exams will begin on November 15, 2021, followed by main exams on November 24, 2021

Official notification of dates has not yet been released by the board. The report indicated that the schools would be responsible for conducting practical examinations during term 1; an external examiner would not likely be assigned for that term. Furthermore, the board informed that it will not conduct any main examinations of Class 10 and 12 on the same day

For the upcoming board batch of 2022, the CBSE will be conducting the board exams in two phases. In addition to the two board examination phases, internal assessments and practical assessments will also be conducted in two parts for class 12. Detailed marking guidelines and a schedule have been prepared. The CBSE board divides the practical and internal assessments for class 12th into two stages of 15 marks each. A total of 30 practical points will be assigned to students in class 12 over two phases of 15 points.

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will be administering the first term examination in November, which will include objective questions. There will be five circles on the answer sheet this year, instead of four, to answer the questions asked in the exam.

If students want to change the answer after rounding, they can use the fifth circle, which is available in both classes 10th and 12th.

The students are advised to stay updated with the official website of CBSE for more information.
