The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has announced the temporary seat results for the final “stray vacancy” round of NEET PG 2025.
Here is what you must know:
- Seat Count: 2,798 seats for MD and MS programs have been given out.
- Action Required: If you’ve been assigned a seat, go to mcc.nic.in to download your allotment order.
- Next Step: You must create your official admission letter using the INTRAMCC portal.
- Warning: You must complete your admission online through the official portal. Offline admissions are not allowed and will not be counted as valid.
Candidates must report with their allotment order and all necessary documents in order to complete the admission. The list of allotted seats is uploaded on the website in PDF form. All admissions must be processed online, and the admission letter must be generated through the INTRAMCC portal.
The deadline for completing the NEET PG 2025 stray round admission is February 28.
Initially, the MCC announced that 2,799 seats had been assigned in the NEET PG 2025 stray vacancy round, which left 181 MD and MS seats unfilled. However, following a series of revisions, the committee updated the provisional allotment count to 2,798 seats.
Before announcing the results for the stray round, 9 PG medical seats were removed by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC).
Several factors led to these seat adjustments: four positions were withdrawn due to ongoing court cases, while two were cancelled because colleges admitted more students than their officially permitted capacity. Additionally, two seats were removed because the institutes used offline reporting methods, which the MCC had previously warned would be considered invalid.
