On July 14, 2023, the honorable Director of the Russian House in New Delhi, Mr. Oleg Osipov, accompanied by the Head of Education Department at the Russian House in New Delhi, Ms. Elena Barman, and Rus Education, a leading overseas education provider in India held a press meeting with various media channels. During the meeting the esteemed Director discussed various points about the opportunities of medical education and other educational programs at the Top Russian Universities. He also ensured the safety of the Indian students who are pursuing higher education in Russia.
