On 20th October, Mari State University hosted an exhilarating chess tournament for BRICS students studying in the Russian Federation at the renowned Sergey Karyakin Chess School, Mari State University.
The event showed off the amazing talent of our students, especially those from India, where chess began. We’re excited to share that Ajit Jatav won the tournament, demonstrating great skills and a strong understanding of chess strategies.
This tournament not only emphasized the competitive spirit of the participants but also fostered camaraderie and friendship among students.
