The Final Stage of the All-Russian international student competition “StudRussia” took place on 10-11 December 2025 at MISIS University in Moscow, bringing together 112 top international students from 76 universities across Russia. The event became a vibrant celebration of talent, leadership, and cultural diversity within Russia’s international academic community.
Among the finalists, Mari State University was proudly represented by Manish Landage, a 6th-year medical student and Chairman of the Foreign Students Council. Demonstrating confidence, professionalism, and strong leadership qualities, he earned the Diploma of Laureate in the prestigious category “Grand Prix – Best International Student (English Track)”.

A special highlight of the event was the presence of Olga Petrova, Deputy Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, who personally congratulated the finalists and recognized their achievements.
