2nd Batch of Indian Students Head to Tver State Medical University

The airport was filled with a mix of excitement and emotion as the 2nd batch of Indian students prepared to leave for Tver State Medical University in Russia.

For these students, the day marked a moment they had been looking forward to for a long time. With their luggage packed and their families by their side, the students were finally ready to leave for Russia and begin their medical education.

Just before departure, the students had gathered at Sobraniye 2026 – The Pre-Departure Ceremony with their parents and fellow students. What followed was a series of farewells, photographs, conversations and those final moments together before everyone headed towards the airport.

There was plenty of excitement among the students as they looked forward to their first experience of life in Russia. At the same time, parents had their own mix of emotions – happiness at seeing their children move towards their goals, along with the feeling of saying goodbye before a long stay away from home.

Now, Tver is their destination. The students will soon step into life at Tver State Medical University, meet their classmates and begin getting to know the city and their new surroundings. For some, it will be their first time living outside India; for others, it will be an opportunity to experience a completely new academic and cultural environment.

The photographs from their departure capture more than just a flight. They capture the smiles, the goodbyes, the luggage, the family moments and the excitement of students who are about to experience something entirely new.

Rus Education wishes the entire batch a safe journey and a wonderful start to their time at Tver State Medical University.
