NEET Bulletin 3: Get A Clear Picture Of Your NEET 2018 Score

Lakhs of students were relieved from the stress after the NEET exam. As it’s a known fact that NEET exam is now mandatory for admission into medical courses across the country, students were in tension about the exam. There has been a temporary stop to the worries of the students but it will not be completely wrong to say that this is just the beginning.

Giving the NEET exam was just a step closer to getting admission in MBBS Colleges. Getting admissions is still a matter of confusion and concern for aspiring students. It’s been clear among the candidates that a student from the general category will have to score a minimum of 50 percentile and a student belonging to any reserved category must obtain a minimum of 40 percentile for admission.

Speculations are very high among the medical aspirants regarding their scores and for the same, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has now made some important announcements to make sure students get a clear picture of their Exam Scores.

CBSE in their latest notification has announced some important dates for the students on which they will display the following information of all those students who had appeared in the NEET-2018.

  1. The answer key
  2. The OMR answer sheet of the students
  3. Test booklet code of the candidates

The students will be able to view all these displayed documents by logging into their account using their Registration ID and Password on the website.

Dates and Schedule

1. 25th May, Friday to 27th May, Sunday (till 5 p.m.) Display of Answer Key
2. 25th May, Friday to 27th May, Sunday (till 5 p.m.) Display of OMR Sheets and Responses
3. 25th May, Friday to 27th May, Sunday (till 5 p.m.) Display of code of Test Booklet

After viewing the above-mentioned documents, a candidate will also be able to challenge the Answer Key by applying to do so and submitting a processing fee of Rs. 1000 per answer key/per response/per test booklet code.

However one should also note that the processing fee will be non-refundable and only an online change will be allowed on or during the above-mentioned dates. In case of any misinterpretations or discrepancies, the decision of CBSE board shall be considered as final.
